Fortis TrackFit is an application designed for the Fortis TrackFit device that enables you to collect the stored data. You can get records regarding the sleep length, sleep quality, steps taken, calories burned, distance traveled (km), activity time and daily target progress percentage and analyze them on your computer.

I am confused too. I followed the instructions but it says when you input your personal information it automatically deletes the previous owner (my daughter gave me hers when she bought a fitbit) well I input my data and it keeps reverting to my daughters details. It also seems to show my sleep when I connect to computer but only says how many hours not the type of sleep although thouse options are shown.

This is my first time use of the TrackFit and I am baffled as to how the software Settings are to be inputed. My PC is not coming up with any Database to enter figures. Cant be done onthe device, so how does the software get activated on the PC?
Someone help please?

Just another question, the sleep monitor. Colours mean?! This morning there was yellow, green, white and today RED. There is no information contained within the software or leaflet regarding this and whether it is showerproof or not.
Otherwise I love it.
Value for money, just a few tweaks.
